1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing GymTribe ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all access to the Platform.

2. Health & Exercise Disclaimer

Important Notice: GymTribe provides workout logging tools, macro calculations, and educational content. GymTribe is not a medical organization or healthcare provider. You should consult a physician before beginning any strenuous physical exercise program.

3. Member Subscription & Billing

• Free Member Tier: Available free of charge for lifetime personal workout logging.
• Tribe Pro Subscription: Billed at £12/month (or annual equivalent). Includes barcode scanning, advanced analytics, and 1-on-1 coach messaging.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape member profiles or fitness data.
• Upload abusive, defamatory, or infringing content in public Tribe community areas.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymTribe Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.
